Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. Enter your password to confirm. All your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. This cannot be undone.
How do I erase Anjo's memory?
In the app, go to Settings → Forget Me. This clears Anjo's memory of your conversations while keeping your account active.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS: go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Anjo → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I restore my purchases?
In the app, go to Plans & Billing and tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom of the screen.
