Technical issues

If Anjo was unavailable for an extended period during your subscription and you were unable to use the service, contact us. We'll review the situation and offer a fair resolution — credit extension or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

How to request a refund

For iOS purchases, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple handles all App Store refunds. For other issues or questions, email kevin@anjo.love and we'll respond within 2 business days.
