Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about paying for Anjo. If something isn't working, reach out and we'll sort it out.
Subscriptions (Pro & Premium)
- First 7 days — if you subscribe and decide it's not for you within the first 7 days, email us and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
- After 7 days — subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds.
- Renewals — if you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
Message credit packs
- Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. We generally do not offer refunds on credit packs once purchased.
- If you were charged incorrectly or credits were not delivered due to a technical issue, contact us and we'll make it right.
Technical issues
If Anjo was unavailable for an extended period during your subscription and you were unable to use the service, contact us. We'll review the situation and offer a fair resolution — credit extension or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
How to request a refund
Email kevin@anjo.love with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed through FastSpring and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
